Down and Out

“What if I am to ‘down and out’ to feel any real hope or faith?”
We have all been there, haven’t we?  And – ugh – sometimes we still go there on occasion.
This is what I do during those times:  I allow myself to feel the feeling. And since I know it will only be there for a day or two, I decide to enjoy the feeling. “Okay, I am feeling depressed today – at least I am going to enjoy it cause I don’t get to feel it much.” Then I laugh and think about how I can enjoy feeling like a victim for the day.  It goes away so quickly when I do this with no guilt whatsoever.

Anything Is Possible

Feel that anything is possible.
Feel capable to meet every challenge.
Feel ‘others’ going to work to assist You.
Feel elements in the atmosphere change!
Do you want to change?  Be that change so completely in your mind that it must become your new reality to the extent you believe it.  Then think about the fact, that if anyone else has created this, there is the possibility that you can too.
