Gray Matter

Bard Lindeman had been a syndicated columnist with Tribune Media Services, the Chicago Tribune syndicate, since 1986.  Each week, two new In Your Prime columns were produced for TMS, who chose one to appear in their papers. For 21 years Bard kept up this pace and never missed a week! At its peak, In Your Prime was in nearly 40 papers nationwide --despite the complete lack of advertising or substantive support from the syndicate. Last year, TMS abruptly cancelled In Your Prime. At that point, the Cal Ripken of journalism took a much needed sabbatical.

Now, he's recharged, rested, and ready to resume his artistic musings. This self-syndicated Phoenix is rising with a new name, as it takes off and assumes flight, it's now officially: Gray Matter.
